Sharing Calendly Meetings​

The plugin requires authorization with your Calendly account. Please use a Calendly admin or owner account for that purpose. It pulls a list of 20 active meetings for your Calendly organization and displays them to your Crisp operators. Once they select the desired meeting scheduling page, they can share it with a chatting customer immediately. The customer receives a message with a button. Clicking the button will open the Calendly scheduling page directly in the chat widget. Everything happens in the same place and your clients do not need to leave your website!

Sharing Custom Meetings and Iframes​

Need to display a different meeting page or any page in your Crisp chat widget? Use the custom events feature. The plugin allows you to preset custom messages with buttons opening any URL link in the chat widget iframe. Feel free to experiment with your product documentation, payment pages, or YouTube videos. As long as the page can be opened in an iframe, you can embed it in your Crisp chat widget.
